My mom unplugged it to move it to my room and when I plugged it back in the screen went white and blinked a couple times then died. How can I run a diagnotistic test with no screen. My old computer I could press the mute button and F12 or power to run it.

Roz, sounds like your backlighting has gone out. Test it by connecting an external monitor.
