Why does my phone sometimes reboot itself?

Hi! I have a bit of a problem with my note 2 phone. when i put it in my pocket (jeans or jacket) sometimes it reboots itself. I tried to twist it a little or tap it on the sides and at the back cover and it shuts down and reboots. I never drop it or had any problems with it so this is weird! I have for almost 6 months now! Can any 1 help me?? Thanks

I'd recommend you make a backup, and restore the phone with upgraded OS. Same thing happened to my iPhone and I thought it's gone but it is perfectly fine now.

Thnks for the replie but i already updated to official 4.4.2 kitkat by samsung and i keep having the same problem..... i think something is physically wrong with it but its only my opinion.
