red light on. ..how fix it? samsung ml2165w

hello,

printer with both the red lights turned on! Toner and the other!

if the toner level is 0, should be flashing, if it is low instead of just red!

with both red leds lit, do not print!

original firmware and original toner ....

no chip reset or else!

how to fix this?

P.S. someone has the firmware fix for not using chips reset?
