Vibrate, replace the motor I will continue
iPhone 4 phone's vibration motor is defective, replace the motor I will continue to repeat the problem. the engine does not work.

If you changed the motor and still not working it's the headphone flex that is faulty then as that is were the motor gets it's power from

im in the same situation, tried like 3-4 motors and still no life.
replaced the home button and dissembled almost the whole device without a single problem but then noticed this lol
got this phone yesterday and needed battery and home button witch i provided.
now i feel kinda lazy to replace even the headphone flex assembly since everything works except the vibrator
