iPhone fell and now it won't make calls

Recently my iPhone fell out of my pocket and for the past two months I have been unable to make phone calls; when receiving a phone call, the other person's voice is inaudible through static as my voice comes through they cannot hear me as no sound comes through. Does anyone know how to fix this or at least have some options of what I could do? Side note; FaceTime works in the fact that they can see and hear me and I can see and hear them, and music plays perfectly fine
