Blank screen, phone beeps repeatedly

i changed the battery on my iphone 5 and put all together to try to switch it on but nothing happened so i put it on charge and after few minutes it started to vibrate (on silence mode) every 6seconds but the display didnt show anything.. Can anyone help? :)
