I can hear people but the people cannot hear me on my Samsung GT-B341?

When I talk to others on the phone, all they hear is garbled noise whereas I can hear them loud and clear. I assume it's the microphone that is broken.

I've searched the internet, but haven't been able to find an answer.

Hi,

80% you have a problem with the microphone.

This microphone is soldered to the main board.

The second variant is broken element (capacitor, resistor... ) or broken line.

For both of this two cases you need a professional service.
