Phone dropped in hot milk, now backscreen is full of white dots

Hi

I dropped my iphone in hot milk and it was dead, but i took parts out and cleaned with isopropylalcohol and its working but now i see white dots on backscreen.

Is it possible to remove that too with isopropylalc?

I only cleaned the mainboard.

A new screen will sort that or there is a video on YouTube on how to remove water marks on a screen but there is a risk you will damage the lcd so be very very careful
