Jila industrial washing machine system stopped working?

I am living in an abandoned old age care home as a live-in guardian. The building has an impressive laundry that houses Jila washing machines and dryers. One of the washing machines was working when I first moved in, but has since stopped. I'd like to get it to start working again.

From what I can see, there are two problems:

1. The pump that maintains the water pressure in the inlet hoses seems to have stopped working. The red light is on next to the word 'failure'. When I switch the power on and off it seems to work for a little bit, with water filling the hoses. However, the failure light flashes on and off at the same time that I can hear a clicking noise. The pump stops working shortly after that. I initially overcame this problem by supplying the water to the machine manually.

2. Each of the machines are attached to power cables and soap supply cables which first route through a metal box with gauges (attached to the wall). When using the machine for the last time, an alarm went off and the light on the box connected to that machine turned off. I have checked the fuse box, non of the switches are set to off.

Update

I've taken another look at the laundry setup and I was wrong about the washing machine being powered from the dispenser. There is actually another box (see photos) that supplies the power to the washing machine. I presume that the power cable that runs from the machine to the soap dispenser actually powers the soap dispenser.

I've attached photos of the mystery power box, inside and out. I access these photos by clicking 'images' on the bottom left hand side of my screen. Can anyone else see these photos?

Is this mystery a fuse box? Could this be the cause of the lack of washing machine power?

You may have uploaded the photos to the iFixit site but you need to now drag them to your question.

Can you find a model number?

Water Inlet Valve

If the washer fills very slowly, the water pressure from the house might be too low. If the pressure is good, try cleaning the screens inside the water inlet valve hose connection ports. If those are clean replace the water inlet valve.

Update

I couldn't find a number on the inside of the washer. It has Jila HW64 printed on the front of it and a number imprinted on the back of the machine - 6401218.

I'll try cleaning the filters. However, the pump failure light came on without the washing machine being switched on, so I don't think the filters have caused the problem.

Even if I can get the pump working, I can't get any power to the machine. The Diversey L5000 laundry dosing equipment box power light is out, and the power cable to the washing machine comes from the equipment box. Any suggestions there?

Fix first things first and your other problems may disappear. Start with the Diversey as it appears to control the machine. See if it's getting power or a fuse is out on it.

If you can't get the L5000 working, bypass it and plug the machine straight into the wall and do your own chemical dispensing.
