Lost battery connector screw 1.5 um

I replaced my dying battery on my Iphone 4S. All I had to do was replace the screws that hold battery plate down. I lost the screw that holds the grounding clip. Where can I find a replacement screw? The length of the screw is 1.5 um.

i went on amazon and because i had the same problem i overnighted an entire screw set for ten dollars with prime if you have time you can get them for 2 dollars and then youll have screws for other electronics but you can also go to a hobby shop especially an rc car hobby store and they should have them. here's the set i bought came with a nice bag and all the parts
