How to test relay and capacitors on control boards?

robin, I am not sure which relays and capacitors you do want to check. The CE error stands for “Communications Error” and refers to a breakdown in communications between the machine controller and the motor controller. This is usually caused by a bad wire connection. Check to make sure that the cable is properly connected to the motor connector, unplug it and then reseat it.You also want to make sure that the fuse on the motor controller board is not tripped.
