Hello there!!
I bought a macbook pro online, it does turn on but the computer got stuck in a grey screen with the apple logo and a spinning wheel . I have read that it could be the hard drive, so i bought another hard drive with the os loaded but it didnt work either.. i dont have any disk to install the os again.... please help me....

Call Apple and give them your serial number to get an original system installation disk. Should cost $16 plus tax and shipping. This failing, the most common issue with this machine is a faulty hard drive cable, do not get a used one. For the correct part, please give us the last three figures of your serial number.
