No Airport, Bluetooth or camera after new display install?

I had my macbook pro screen assembly replaced with a used assembly at small computer repair shop. The screen works great, but I do not have internet connectivity via wireless (says no airport card installed) NOR do I have Bluetooth connectivity NOR do I have the isight camera. Is there some kind of software update, driver update or reinstall that I have to do to make these work again?

The old assembly had the vertical colored/black lines running down the screen making use possible only with an external monitor. The airport car, camera and bluetooth worked fine.

The repair shop is more than an hour away - I'd like to fix this on my own.

I wish I had tested these things before leaving the shop.
