How do I turn off the screen lock 4 digit code
my boy has locked his screen and has forgot the pass code is there any way of getting round this.we only have the ipod and a docking station

If the password has been fogotten per, iPod: How to use the Screen Lock, you will have to restore it. This can also be found on page 58 of the User Guide as well

You will have to restore it through iTunes. Do you have the computer that you normally sync with?
