iPhone LCD displays white screen with lines of different colours?

I dropped my iPhone and since then it has been showing a white screen with different color lines. I was wondering if anyone has any idea how can I repair it? Do I need to replace the LCD screen or its just because some wire has been displaced? Just adding to it my LCD screen is not cracked or anything it is totally fine.

Would really appreciate if someone can help me out how to repair or tell me what exactly the problem is.

it's not your lcd as i got the same problem. dropped my 3g iPhone and got a new display assembly but it didn't fix the problem. took it apart and reset all connectors to no avail. which then it might be the main board. the only advice is to get a new board.

No it haven to me after i had disassemble N assemble back my iPhone 3 g N i replace the lcd screen n fixed the promble
