problems form my PowerBook g4
I have some problems with my PowerBook g4 12 if i tuns it on i see two faces with question mark on

Sounds like you machine cannot find a system folder. This is usually caused by a corrupted system or a hard drive gone bad. Insert you system installation disk and start up holding down the "C" key. It it start, go to the second screen and the pull down menu will appear. Go to Utilities - Disk Utility and run repair on your hard drive. If this doesn't work, let us know and we can look at other options.

The "C" you said i can use is not working so i need more ans..?okay

Hook up a external keyboard and use the "C" key on it. A better description of your problems might also help to diagnose your problems.
