noise from the fan when it is running
when i turns on the macbook air, i can hear the noise from the fan.

Run your AHT to see if there's a problem. Fans keep the machine from overheating... if you've been in a dusty environment a layer of dust could insulate the components making them overheat.
Only you can tell if there's a problem.
