Repairing a 50’ Hisense Roku TV that won’t Turn On

Testo:

I have a 2021 Hisense 50A6G that was at my parent’s house. It stopped working the other day after a power outage and is blinking red twice. There is no picture. I suspect a power supply issue is at play as it’s common with the brand. I don’t see any faint images when passing over the screen with a flashlight.
Can anyone walk me through the repair process? I’d like to be able to determine if it is indeed the power supply (or a board replacement) as opposed to faulty LEDs. I have the back of the unit removed and own a multimeter. I see no blown capacitors, all appear flat. I am not an expert I this but wouldn’t consider myself a novice either. In any case, I appreciate any help offered me. Thanks in advance.
Patrick.

+Please forgive my ignorance @oldturkey03, but If I understand this correctly, in order to check XP3 and 4 connectors I need to follow the legend on the left here which says the first pin is XP4. So in order to check said voltage (after setting the multimeter to 110 DC which is this models power consumption) I would take the red probe and place it on the first pin and the black probe on the 3rd, which indicates a GND? Would I do the same for XP3 which per the legend says IR1?
