It may be a faulty WiFi card but since a wired connection also doesn't work (is this correct?) it may not be hardware, unless the WiFi is interfering with the network protocols somehow.

If it is a faulty card then looking at this teardown [link|https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EiwNaW2SOG0|video] it wouldn't be easy to get to it.
Have you checked if the latest [link|https://www.msi.com/Laptop/Stealth-15M-A11UX/support?sub_product=Stealth-15M-A11UEK|BIOS version] is installed?
Try running a "live" version of a lite Linux OS from a USB drive and check if the WiFi works OK.
You don't have to install it, just run it.
If it works OK with Linux it's not hardware but a compatibility issue between Windows OS and the laptop, if it doesn't work then it's hardware.

Have read online that others were also having the same problem as you, so you may have to try using a [link|https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=usb+wifi+dongle|USB WiFi adapter] (examples only)and see if that works.
