Hi,
What is the status of the Bluetooth adapter as shown in Device Manager?
To get to Device Manager in Win 10 press the Win key + the x key (both together) and then click on the Device Manager link.
When in Device Manager, scroll down the the Bluetooth adapter entry and ''right click on the entry > Properties > General tab'' > Device Status box. Does it show "this device is working properly"?
If there is a red cross next to the entry, right click on the entry and click on ''enable'' and then check if the BT works OK.
If there is a yellow exclamation mark next to the entry, right click on the entry and click on ''Update Drivers'' and follow the prompts. You need to be online for this to work.
***If there is no Bluetooth category shown in Device Manager,*** restart the laptop and get into BIOS i.e. press F2 after startup, and then when in BIOS go to ''Security > I/O Port Access > Bluetooth'' and make sure that it is enabled.

+If the Bluetooth adapter is enabled in BIOS and is shown working in Device Manager and it still doesn't work, it could be a faulty Bluetooth card. Here's the [https://thinkpads.com/support/hmm/hmm_pdf/l430_l530_hmm_en_0b48570_02.pdf|hardware maintenance manual] for the laptop. Go to p.85 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove/ replace the Bluetooth card from the laptop.
