Have you actually proved that the speaker is the problem, i.e. does it test OL (open circuit) when tested with an Ohmmeter?
If the speaker is faulty, looking at images in the ifixit [guide|49824] guide, the monitor speaker is an 8Ω 0.5W mini speaker.

I don’t know the actual dimensions so to get a suitable replacement, search online for ''(insert diameter of speaker) 8Ω 0.5W mini speaker.'' For example, [https://smalldevices.com.au/products/mini-metal-speaker-w-wires-8-ohm-0-5w|here] is a 1” model.

If the speaker tests OK there may be a problem with the camera’s microphone or in the monitor motherboard.
