What is the OS of the computer that you're trying to print from, Windows or Mac and what version OS is installed?

Have you checked the [https://files.support.epson.com/docid/cpd4/cpd42421.pdf|printer settings] in the computer? See p .32 for Windows and p.52 for Mac.
