Don't know the answer so hopefully someone else will.
Perhaps if no one else answers, since you have to replace the LCD screen then maybe just disconnect the cable from the LCD screen end only and connect the new screen to it.
Looking at the replacement [https://www.ebay.com/itm/Original-for-ASUS-X411-X411U-X411UA-S410U-LCD-CABLE-14005-02440100-/164303025483|cable] it seems that it can be removed from the LCD and is not permanently connected to the display assembly as some are. [br]
Perhaps it may be easier to get at.
