Did you try to create your own SSID name in the appropriate field in the UI’s Wireless Setting area and ensure that the Visibility Status was enabled and click on Save for both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz wireless settings?
Did you try inserting an SSID in the Guest Zone area and check if that was visible?
Does the router have the [http://support.dlink.com.au/Download/download.aspx?product=DIR-890L&type=Firmware|latest firmware] installed?
Is the device you’re using to connect to the router via WiFi “seeing” other Wifi networks OK?

Has it worked OK before?

Apologies if you’ve tried all this but we don’t know what you know has been tried and didn’t work
