I've been trying to get this Galaxy Note 4 working, and it is showing no signs of life. When it is plugged in, the notification light does not show. I have tried every combination of buttons I've heard, and it won't do anything. It doesn't vibrate, the notification light does not turn on, and the screen does not turn on.
I tested for voltage on the battery terminals with the battery out and the charger connected, and it shows 4.19 volts.
I have replaced the battery with a known working battery, and it did not act any differently.

I'm pretty certain at this point that it's a hardware issue, but what can I check? Being that I'm getting voltage at the battery, I know the charging port is working properly. The only other thing I can think of is something on the motherboard is bad, but of course if anyone has any idea, I'd love to hear them!

I just removed the motherboard for simplicity in the picture.

Tested the battery again... It is showing 3.79V. Still no sign of life. Where is PWR7000? And the other things, for that matter.

Update 2: I removed the cover, everything looks to be alright. The scratch on it is just from a screwdriver... my mistake!
