Try starting the phone in [http://www.lg.com/us/support/product-help/CT10000025-20150110993235-power-on-off|''safe mode''] and then check to hear if the sounds work OK. If they are working now then a downloaded app may be the cause of the problem. The trick is to find out which one.
If there is still no sound which audio speaker is not working?
The phone's receiver, loudspeaker or when a headphone is inserted or all three?
