  • Repeat for the second strip.

  • Hold down the battery as you remove the second strip, or the strip may fling the battery when it separates from the case.

  • If the adhesive breaks off underneath the battery and can't be retrieved, apply a few drops of high concentration (over 90%) isopropyl alcohol under the edge of the battery in the area of the broken adhesive strip(s).

  • Wait about one minute for the alcohol solution to weaken the adhesive. Use the flat end of a spudger to gently lift the battery.

  • Don't try to forcefully lever the battery out. If needed, apply a few more drops of alcohol to further weaken the adhesive. Never deform or puncture the battery with your pry tool.

  • Do not pry against the logic board or you may damage the phone.

  • Do not insert the spudger in the area between the volume down (-) button and the top edge of the battery, or you may damage the volume control cable lying underneath.

  • For more alternative methods when either of the adhesive strips broke off underneath the battery and could not be retrieved, continue with the next step below.

Ripeti l'operazione per la seconda striscia.

Tieni premuta la batteria mentre rimuovi la seconda striscia, altrimenti la batteria potrebbe volare via mentre si separa dal case.

Se l'adesivo si rompe sotto la batteria e non può esser recuperato, applica qualche goccia di alcol isopropilico ad alta concentrazione (>90%) sotto i bordi della batteria nella zona della striscia rotta.

Aspetta circa un minuto per lasciare il tempo alla soluzione alcolica di ammorbidire l'adesivo. Usa l'estremità piatta di uno spudger per sollevare delicatamente la batteria.

Non fare leva con forza sulla batteria per rimuoverla. Se necessario, applica qualche altra goccia di alcool per ammorbidire ulteriormente l'adesivo. Non piegare o forare in alcun modo la batteria con il tuo strumento di apertura.

Non far leva contro la scheda logica per non danneggiare il telefono.

Non inserire lo spudger nella zona tra il pulsante volume giù (-) e il bordo superiore della batteria per non danneggiare il cavo del controllo del volume sottostante.

Per altri metodi alternativi nella situazione in cui una delle strisce adesive si rompe sotto la batteria e non può essere recuperata, continua con il passo qui sotto.
