Slice through the screen adhesive

Slide the opening pick along the left edge to slice through the adhesive.
As you push the pick into the phone, you may feel it press against the edge of the LCD underneath the glass. If you angle the point of the pick downwards, you can slide the pick underneath the edge of the LCD.
