Disconnect your phone's USB cable from the USB port and the Apple Car Play system.

Navigate through your Honda's dashboard settings and pull up the System Settings. Continue to navigate until you find a setting for "Factory Reset"

Once the Factory Reset prompt appears on your screen, select yes and wait a few minutes for your system to reset and return to default settings.
