Cellular signal isn't full 2 dots, sometimes 3 dots, in other iPhone 6 full. I changed all antenna and the problem is same.
How can I solve this problem? What the IC I must to change?

Not enough information. What antenna did you change? Did you check all RF feed points on the case?

No this is a first time
i am buying refurbished apple device from china and reseller it but i have some of device the cellular signal is weak 3 signal dots and i changed all RF points in device and the problem isn't solved exist any ic is resbonsible for signal dots to solve this problem
Anything can happen in China, the condition of the device may need thorough investigation. Maybe upload some pictures of the internals? Especially around the antenna areas?
