Device not Turning on
When you try to turn on the device the motors do not start.
Action Buttons are faulty
First make sure that the activation lock is off, if the safety lock is on then the device won’t start. If both buttons pressed at the same time and the safety switch is off doesn’t activate the device make sure that the buttons aren’t obstructed and can be pressed down all the way down. If all of this doesn’t work then you might have to replace the buttons.
Faulty battery
If the safety lock is off and the top LED doesn’t turn on when buttons are pushed then you may have a faulty battery. To check plugging the battery into the charging station, if the charging station indicator light shows that the battery never charges up or starts charging but then stops quickly you may have a faulty battery. The device comes with 2 interchangeable batteries plugging the other one into the device to see if that one works. If it does then you have a faulty battery and you need to replace it.
Faulty motherboard
If all of these are checked and the motors still don’t turn on it could be that the connection between the motors and the motherboard has been broken. Or that the motherboard itself is faulty.
Propeller Blades malfunctioning
If the blades are chipped or missing pieces of the blade. Or when turned on they spin at a reduced speed.
Broken propeller blade
When you look at the propellers the blade could be chipped or snapped off, if so then follow this replacement guide.
Tangled propeller shaft
If the propeller is spinning too slowly there might be material wrapped around the propeller shaft between the motor and the propeller. To check make sure the battery is removed then take off the propeller hub cap and check for materials that might be tangled(like hair). If there is, remove the material and then reassemble the propeller hub.
Indicator Lights Malfunction
If all parts of the device are working but when activated the top LED indicator light doesn’t turn on
Burnt out LED
If all other parts of the device are working then it is likely that the LED itself has broken, to fix open the top of the device and replace the LED with a replacement by soldering.
Disconnected from the motherboard
The LED might have also lost its connection to the motherboard in which case you will need to repair the connecting by soldering the disconnected wire.
Safety Switch Lock not working
If the switch is in the locked position but pressing the buttons still turns the device on, or if the switch is in the unlocked position but pressing the buttons will not turn the device on.
Broken locking system
The safety lock is a mechanical system that physically stops buttons from being pushed down, if the safety switch is turned on but not working it is likely that the part connecting the safety switch to the buttons has broken or cracked and needs to be replaced.
Battery Not Charging
Batteries will not charge while plugged into the charging station.
Faulty Charging Station
The batteries will not charge when plugged into the charging station, while the charging station is plugged into a known working outlet.
Faulty Battery
This could be caused by the battery's degradation may have caused the battery to no longer be able to hold a charge. You will need to purchase a new battery.

Difficult to get battery out. It never used to be like this. Scooter now 9 months old. Seems too tight and requires a lot of force to take battery out. Why?

Mine does the same thing. You need a prybar to get it out. 😡

1. Are you pushing the retaining clip to release it as you pull the battery away?
2. When you do get the battery out, are the two electrical terminals corroded? If so, this could be the physical resistance that is making it hard to get the battery out. Clean the terminals on both the battery and the scooter (e.g. with fine wet&dry emery paper). Then after each use, remove the battery, rinse with fresh water and dry off the terminals.
