Screen Not Responding/Lighting Up
The screen lights up but does not respond to touch, or it does not light up at all.
Wet or Dirty Hands
Sometimes, wet of messy hands interfere with the touch screen capabilities of the tablet. If your screen is lighting up, but not responding, make sure your hands are dry and clean before touching your tablet.
Case Interfering with the Sensors
Sometimes, a case or screen protector may interfere with the touch screen capabilities of the device. If the screen is lighting up, but not responding and your device has a case or screen protector, try removing it. Clean the screen with a soft, slightly damp, lint-free cloth. Make sure the only thing touching the screen is your finger.
Device Not Charged
Batteries drain even if they are not being used. If your screen is not lighting up, the device might not be charged. Plug your device into a charger. Wait five minutes and try again. If nothing changes, your battery is corrupt. You can find the battery replacement here.
Device Being Charged While Being Handled
Sometimes, the tablet gets overwhelmed if it is being used while charging. Unplug your tablet and try again.

Extremely Slow Charging/Battery Not Holding a Charge
The device is taking an abnormally long time to charge, or the battery is draining quickly.
Too Many Applications are Open
If there are too many applications open, the battery is being overworked. You may need to close down any unused applications.
The Device Turned on for Too Long
By not turning off your device for long periods of time, the tablet can develop software issues. If your device has not been turned off for more than a week, restart the device.
Charging Cord Damaged
Charging cords have a short life span. Try to charge your device with another charging cord.

Speaker Emitting Static/Not Working
Audio is poor or nonexistent.
Volume Settings Need to be Adjusted
Tap the rocker button next to the power button to adjust the sound, or go to the Settings menu and then click on “Sounds & notifications”. Adjust the volume using sliders.
Certain Applications May be Causing the Issue
If the static/crackling sound only emits when using a certain application, contact the application developer or remove the application.
Poor Internet Connection
If your internet connection is poor, content will not load quickly. Try again in an area with a stronger internet connection.

Poor Photo Quality/Cracked Camera
Pictures and videos are blurry, distorted, or the camera is not working.
Lens Smudged
Oil build up is common on tablet cameras. Use a soft, slightly damp, lint-free cloth to clean the camera lens. Be sure to keep the camera away from any oily surfaces, like your face.
Camera Not Properly Focused
When taking a picture, tap the image on the screen where you want the camera to focus.

Headphones Emitting Static/Not Working
Audio from the headphones is poor or nonexistent.
Volume Not Turned Up
Use the volume buttons on the side of the device to adjust the volume.
Poor Internet Connection
If your internet connection is poor, content will not load quickly. Try again in an area with a stronger internet connection.
Damaged Headphones
Headphones have a short life span. Try again with a different set of headphones.
Wet Audio Jack
Keep the device away from liquids. If it becomes submerged in liquid, place the device in a bag of rice for several hours.
