Hello there! My name is Kelsie Lindstrom and I am a junior at the university of Rhode Island with a major in communicative disorders. I chose this major because I wanted to learn more on how to give people their voice and I was very interested in the science behind it all. I hope to get into a good graduate school and become a Speech-Language pathologist working in a hospital setting. The type of skills that I have that I would like a future employer to know is that I have great communication skills, and I am able to adapt and work with anyone! Throughout my schooling so far I have won one major award and that was best sportsmanship and MVP player for my field hockey team, and that is something to this day that I am proud of. In college sp far I am apart pf Rhodython, URI SSHLA, puppy raisers club, and college again cancer. I like to try and help out with things that I really think will make an impact. Regarding this project I have never built anything by myself. So I think that I will need to adjust to this project. However, I think my adaptability and communication skills will help greatly. This project will both benefit me both professionally and personally because it will help me move out of my comfort zone and gain new skills which I think is very important.
