My J7 asked for a password. I didn’t want to set one but cancel wouldn’t work so I did. A few months later, it gave a screen for reset password. Cancel wouldn’t work. It wouldn’t take my password. Had to go to Verizon store—they managed to change password and get it work. A few months later it did it again. Went to Verizon and they made is so it didn’t need a password. What a relief UNTIL it happened again. Now it is locked up, asking me to set a pw and refusing “cancel.” $40 every time I to go the store for them to work on it. This is clearly a glitch in the phone. So far I’ve paid for it twice with all these fix-it fees. Sucks.
