About six months ago, I had the warning for days, and no solution worked for me. Then, the port completely stopped working altogether and was only chargeable through wireless. I was about ready to return for a warranty when the message came up again after nothing for months of use, and I have not plugged anything into the USB C connector all this time. So for the sake of sanity, I tried to plug it in with the original cord, and it started to charge with no moisture warning! There was an update about a week ago, but that’s the only thing different I have done with my Note 10+. In closing, check for an update for your phone and use the original cable. Yes, I know it’s not everybody’s solution, this is just my experience, and I wanted to share.
