Yeah that'd be helpful because i haven't been able to play with him since i got him. If you could help sometime I'd appreciate it. I can give you my email to communicate better about it if yiu’d be willing. Cause I'd like to to get him fixed.

My chip does not turn and move sideways properly.

Any solutions on how to fix this?

Everything else works fine he just won't move sideways or turn around. The motors spin and the wheels spin when he is not on the ground, but the moment I place him on the ground he stops moving all together. If anyone can help I would appreciate it!
