No, they are not compatible. But you can find an iphone 7 battery really cheap and just replace battery… then, look on Marketplace, Craigslist or Ebay and find an iphone 6 that is icloud locked or logic board damage (Very common and cheap) then just do a board swap

I would first try to replace the Screen assembly… most likely the cause. You can back it up, restore it to eliminate software as the cause, but my money would be on the screen assembly digitizer damage. if not software, and not the screen… then separating the board halves and checking for damaged pads on the interposer or top board would be my third option which requires Microsoldering tools and experience. I get 1 or 2 a week with same symptoms and 95% of the time it just needs screen replacement

Yes, it can be fixed in most cases. You will need to buy another one and remove the proximity sensor and flood illuminator. then remove the original proximity sensor and flood illuminator from the original damaged one and solder them back to the new one. here’s a link of the job… https://youtu.be/jTApmrKe6Bs

Personally, I just remove everything to be safe due to all the plastic around Loud speaker, Port, buttons have rubber gaskets, etc… but main thing is the flash module on Power button flex… it tends to float/bridge easily due to low melt solder. for an extra few minutes of prep, it makes it worth while after reassembly, eliminating the troubleshooting of any issues

Connect it to computer, does it register? There are Tristar/port testers you can plug in but first is it in DFU Mode? Will it go into DFU Mode/recovery mode if not and connect. If it is or can connect, will it restore or update without error? You can open it and test with multimeter as well…

You can check DM readings on the FPC’s to see if anything is off… check voltage readings at battery terminal FPC to see that Tigris and Hydra are doing there job… I have also seen middle layer with separated pads that needed jumpers and others needed a reflow. What does it do on booting from DCPS? does it connect to 3utools (computer)?

a bit confused by your question… Sim card doesn’t hold your personal information…just iccid and data information for your carrier and data to work, do you mean SD Card? If you are looking for your personal files… plug your android into computer or OTG Cable and usb driveand transfer your files to computer or drive and then plug in your iphone and transfer them to your iphone.

Try a hard reset and clean out the headphone jack with iso… or just replace charging port if both fixes don’t work
