Simple solution. Hold the power button and the volume up button at the same time until the screen comes on. Then choose to reboot the system by pressing the power button or if you had everythign saved use the volume buttons to go to factory restore option and the press the power button. My guess is the software easily gets corrupted. Sqamsung doesnt update the Android OS as fast as possible. Hope this helps all. Cheers
