i think i have something for you .I had used mac(apple) laptop for 10 years, and I know PCs are vulnerable to viruses and malwares (adware, spyware, etc.). Some viruses remove some or all data in PCs . so i would say clean up your computer using a cleaner , uninstall unwanted peograms , scan for adware and block the pop ups in your browser. more help and support contact Apple help and support and also restart the computer once in a day for better performance . i think this will help thanks

this type of problem can be fixed easeley. first reset the router and than setup the network configuration , make a password and a SSID and save the settings . make sure you restart all divices before you use it . hope this fix your issue . thanks
