Went well, took about 2 hours.

Take your time, do not rush it. When lifting the Screen to remove connections, it was helpful to have an assistant. He held the screen up, while I unplugged those pesky connectors. Also, when removing the old adhesive strips, you can get the edge and peel it up, but take your time.
