Bad power supply in customer's 27" iMac. Wanted to make sure I got a good power supply, so I bought from ifixit.

Swapping out supplies was pretty quick. Took more time screwing in LCD screws because of magnets than it did swapping power supplies. Thanks
Il Mio Consiglio
I always put the glass front in a clean plastic bag to keep dirt and dust off backside of glass. I also gently use compressed air on LCD before putting glass back so there's no stray dust or dirt.
