The problem like with most phones were a broken display assembly. The diagnoses was just a cracked glass screen.

The repair itself went extremely well as the screen was flush with the case and all functions on the phone worked.
Il Mio Consiglio
The only advice I have with this phone is to have something to prop up the screen while removing and assembling the phone. Makes the repair just a little more easier.
