Repair went pretty well. I was surprised that the fixit guide used the same colors for different sized screws. Would have been more helpful to have different colors for each size and type of screw. As well, the repair kit that I bought on here, the flat head screwdriver didn't work well and I didn't have another better option. I was able to make it work, but it wasn't simple.
Also, the guide doesn't mention a few things. For instance, the microphone fits into a soft plastic piece. The guide doesn't talk about this. Otherwise, it wasn't too bad.
Il Mio Consiglio
Getting the screen off is by far the hardest part. Buying the iSclack might be a good investment. It was about 5 minutes of trying the suction cup in different positions and different combinations before finally getting it pried enough to use the opening tool.
