Much cheaper than buying a new phone, BUT be prepared for several hours of work

I bent my lightning port getting up one morning by accidentally stepping on the charging chord.

The part fits and the price was attractive. The screws are extremely tiny! I was using surgical tweezers to properly position screws...impossible tast with just fingers. Also the instructions were not complete. There were several items that had to be removed from the old lightning port assembly and transferred to the new assembly. The instructions reference the washer and other bracket but completely ignore several other necessary components.

Il Mio Consiglio

Once old lightning port is removed compare carefully to new part and transfer missing parts before attempting install of new port. Be very carefull in reattaching all ribbon cables.
