my battery would get to 30% then go straight to zero. Send it to apple service rep. They run a diagnostic test, and they told me that my phone is running fine!!! ==>> crazy!
So I decided to replace the battery by myself following the guides here at iFixit

Il Mio Consiglio
Align the cable connector before gently pushing it down. The pins are very sensitive and looks like very easy to break.
