My daughter's iPhone fell out of her pocket completely shattering the display. She was using Siri to communicate for a few days, but then the phone became unusable.

I ordered the kit, and I got to work as soon as I received it. Had a couple of issues because the components are so tiny (my eyes are not what they used to be).

But the main thing was the clear ring that goes around the camera required some persuasion. When I finally got it off, it jumped up and I could not tell the orientation it had before removal. The pictures in the guide were not clear enough to see that, but I eventually managed to get it back together and everything fitting nicely. The display looks great and my daughter is happy.

Keep an eye on the parts that stay behind when you remove the digitizer, and note where they go and hoe they fit. I would recommend using a bit of heat to soften the glue (as suggested by the guide).
