How do I open apps if they won't open at all?

The apps on my phone won't open. I've plugged it into my computer hoping it would work, nothing. I even turned it completely off twice && left it off all day. Still no results. I'm scared to reset anything because I don't know if everything will still be saved. I don't know if I'll still have all of my apps. Please help me.

Hello BreAnn,

I know this may sound weird but have you tried downloading a new app? I've had this error on my iPad a few times and it seems to forget the account info for all authorized apps and simply needs to be reminded.

Give that a shot and let me know how it turns out, Good Luck!

That sounds like a great idea but I'm in a situation where I can't download any apps until I upgrade my payment method. So is there another option?

da

Go to upgrade your payment mothod and change the credit card type to "None", that should allow you to download free apps.

You could also create a new Apple ID without a Credit Card. Hope this helps

Okay so I don't have the option none.

da

Ok Open iTunes. Choose Store > Sign In. Enter your Apple ID and password, then click the Sign In button. Choose Store > View My Account. Enter your account password and click the View Account button. Once there, select the Edit Payment Information and you should see the "None" option. Sorry for the late reply

Try downloading a free app. If you're going to create a new Apple ID then you have to download a free app, from your computers iTunes. Then create a new ID and the 'None' option should be there.

Hope this helped :)
