Can anyone recommend where I can buy parts for my iMac (without getting fleeced!) that you do not have available, I think I may need an optical drive fan and an optical drive temperature sensor, I am still waiting on an answer to a question I posted yesterday

Google is your friend. Be certain you specify your exact model of laptop (you didn't do that very well for this question, if you had, you'd see that there are device and answer pages for your model here at iFixit).

Sorry about that, here are the details:
iMac Intel 20" EMC 2133 2Ghz, I did look on the page that lists the available parts for this model and what I think I need isn't available.
