I replaced the HD with 1tb HD, the Blu Ray Reader was also replaced and both worked perfectly with Uncharted 4, but when i tried to play Red Dead 2 it crashed immediately with error code ce34878-0. What could be the cause of this?

Hi!
The PS4 will install the game from the disc to the HDD. Do you get any errors when it’s installing from the disk?? If not, it’s most likely the HDD.
A good test would also be to download a game from the PS4 PS store.
Maybe you got a bad HDD.
