Did you try a different cable and it appears from the image you have two ports, did you try the second?
Does the power bank have any status LED's to tell you if it's charged and what does your phone show when you plug it in?
Also, what is the. Are and model of the power bank and your phone

I tried the other port and it isn't working, but I can charge the powerbank it can't charge my phone.
The led light is not working again
